Parade Ring railing and walkway barriers are used in public areas, designed to safely separate the public and horses.

They are normally a combination of two rail systems; Premier racerail on the horse side and a Crowd Barrier on the spectator side.

The crowd barrier usually incorporates an in-fill element between the posts, eg. panels, child rail or a low hedge. The distance between the outer edge of each rail can be varied, however we would recommend a minimum span of 750 mm.

For increased strength this system is usually installed using reinforced posts.

All PVC parts are manufactured using high grade, virgin, UV stabilised & impact modified materials. Barriers International offers a warranty on all PVC extrusions providing the systems are installed by Barriers approved contractors. All individual parts carry a two year warranty against manufacturing defects. For further information and detailed maintenance schedules please refer to our maintenance manual.
